May you listen with open ears
to the call of Christ,
his authority and power
faithfully guiding your journey.

May you see with expectant eyes
the works of a mighty God
mountains moved,
wounds healed.

And may you know clearly
the power of God
His fingers molding your humble life
ordinary clay in skillful hands
transformed into a magnificent vessel
fit for the service of a king.

may you abandon all in your pursuit of Christ.

May you take courage
stepping out in faith
trusting the provision of God,
offering daily manna to his parched and hungry people
following pillars in the endless desert
awaiting the promised land.

may you be drawn
to the cross
across years and miles
of sorrow and joy
comforted by its harsh form,
longing for its peace.

as you journey,
may you focus
not only on your destination
but on your fellow pilgrims
displaced and searching
in desperate need of Christ.

and may you never
stop walking
though in despair and confused
whatever your burden
knowing that perfect healing awaits
at the cross of Christ.

May God bless your journey.
May he bring you to new and wonderful places,
full of life and mystery.
May you learn
the power,
the provision,
the wisdom,
and the love
of a God who
made you,
cherishes you,
and desires to wrap you in His arms,
complete,
until the end of time.

as dawn breaks
may you rejoice –
the King has come!

may He bring you peace to your soul,
light to your darkness,
hope to your dispair.

may you find joy in His promises,
may you find rest in His arms.

and on this day,
may you not seek the all-powerful King,
but the humble child,
lying in a manger,
in this moment
peaceful
and still.

may you live life fully, and unafraid.
may your hopes and dreams guide you
on your journey of salvation.

may you touch the world around you,
knowing that God has placed you here
to fashion a better future
from the present you receive.

may you never lose hope,
even in the darkest of times,
and may you be comforted
knowing that the Good Shepherd
walks with you.

and as you live,
may you hold nothing back,
so that
on the day you reach your eternal home,
you are ready
as a man is ready for sleep
at the end of a good day’s work.

may you give thanks,
both in times of blessing
and hardship.

may you see the hand of God
working in your life in all you do.

may you know
that the sun and rain
fall
both on the wicked and the good,
and that God is the giver
of every good and perfect gift.

may you stop
to consider
not only
your desires that remain
but your desires fulfilled,

and may you know
that you are blessed,
no matter where you find yourself.

May you journey in Christ a complete and new creation,
righteous in spirit and action.

May God plant in you a desire for His Kingdom,
a desire bearing good fruit
daily in every aspect of your life.

And may you build wisely
on a strong foundation,
certain of eternal blessing
from a God who speaks of unending love,
demonstrated in the perfect sacrifice
of Jesus Christ.

may you wait patiently for the Lord.
may you cry out to Him in times of trouble.

may you wait patiently for the Lord.
may he lift you out of the pit
out of the mire and clay.
may he place your feet on solid ground
and make your footsteps firm.

may you sing a new song –
a hymn of praise to our God.

and may many see what he has done
and put their trust in the Lord.

may you walk in faith,
believing in a God
whose promise is true,
a good father
giving perfect gifts.

may you ask questions
content without quick answers;
may you seek
content without instantly finding.

may you believe
the covenant
of a faithful God
and rest secure
in the promise
of the provision
of the Lord.
