Took the new camera out Sunday to play around a bit. It would certainly be nice if Olympus or Panasonic came out with a slightly longer macro lens (a 150mm wouldn’t be amiss…), but still was able to get some fun shots.
Shots from both the UT Gardens and Knoxville Gardens today. Lots of fun stuff to take pictures of this time of year. Also started experimenting with several HDR macro shots, which I think is probably much less common that general HDR shots. Will probably continue experimenting, as the effect can be cool.

Shooting in Boone reminded me that once upon a time, I actually took pictures. Since it’s that time of the year, I decided to head out to the Knoxville Botanical Gardens. Some fun shots from the afternoon.
