so in my online life, i spend some time on a message board where there’s generally some great discussion that goes around… the current discussion is basically over whether or not God created evil.
it’s really a rather interesting problem when you think about it, and basically centers around this idea of whether or not we have true “free will” and how far that free will extends. while i’m certainly not God and don’t claim to have any or all of the answers, it’s none the less an interesting discussion.
feel free to comment on your views of how much free will we have or don’t have in the determining of our actions.
we’re heading down to kingsville today for joshfest. hopefully there will be some pictures when we get back. i’m slated to run a 10k tomorrow, but i may panzy out and do the 5k instead.

the blog/website was down earlier today due to corruption of the tcp stack on my server.
(i didn’t do it).

so i want a lens for my camera… more precicely i want someone to buy me a lens for my camera.
i want some sort of 12-24mm zoom lens for a nikon mount digital camera. if anyone is rich and has a spare 500 bucks laying around (the tokina is acceptable – the tamron 11-19 would be ok too… if you want to drop 900 on the nikon, that’s cool too) then please contact me and let me know…

ok, so comments really do work now. it turns out that you have to have an email address to register unless you’re like me and can add the account manually. that requires that a mail server be set up. slight oversight.
